Lucile Richardot

LUCILE RICHARDOT

As much a madrigalist as a soloist, this baroque singer of conviction discovered singing as a child in her home town of Epinal, and led her first life as a journalist. Trained at the Maîtrise de Notre-Dame, then at the CRR de Paris in early music, she embraces all musical periods and styles, both in concert and on stage. She has sung with Il Seminario musicale, Le Poème Harmonique, Les Paladins, Solistes XXI, l’Ensemble Intercontemporain, Collegium 1704, Le Concert de la Loge, Les Accents, l’Orchestre National de France, and regularly with Correspondances, Pygmalion, les Arts Florissants, Pulcinella, Les Musiciens de Saint-Julien… She has also given sparkling recitals with harpsichordists Jean-Luc Ho and Philippe Grisvard, and pianists Anne de Fornel and Adam Laloum. Invited from Rotterdam to Toronto by way of Liverpool, Amsterdam, Prague, Hamburg, Madrid and Boston, she is a regular at the Opéra de Rouen, the Théâtre de Caen, the Opéra Comique, the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées and the Festival d’Aix, and has been applauded at La Fenice in Venice, Carnegie Hall in New York and La Scala in Milan. Her first solo disc, Perpetual Night, released in 2018 with Correspondances on Harmonia Mundi, has received a flurry of international awards, and was the inspiration for the show ‘Songs’ directed by Samuel Achache. Also for Harmonia Mundi, in 2021 she recorded the album ‘Berio To Sing’ with Geoffroy Jourdain’s Les Cris de Paris, and in early 2023, with Anne de Fornel, she offered the first complete collection of songs by Nadia and Lili Boulanger in a triple album, ‘Les heures claires’, which is already a reference.
Marielou Jacquard

MARIELOU JACQUARD

Playing the acrobat between Baroque music and contemporary creation, Marielou Jacquard cultivates her taste for eclecticism in the diversity of her repertoire.
She began her vocal training at a very early age at the Maîtrise de Radio France, then at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin, and attended numerous masterclasses at the Fondation Royaumont. She collaborates regularly with Vincent Dumestre’s Poème Harmonique (Coronis), Sébastien Daucé’s Correspondances and Raphaël Pichon’s Pygmalion ensemble.
On stage, she recently appeared in Duron’s Coronis, Delibes’s Lakmé at the Opéra Comique and is currently playing Despina in Mozart’s Cosi fan Tutte, a joyful and delirious show by Eric Perez on tour in France. Very much involved on stage, musical theater plays an important role in her artistic career, and she has created numerous shows combining music and pure theater. Next autumn, she’ll be back in a revival of Samuel Achache’s new show, Sans Tambour. She also gives numerous chamber music concerts and recitals, and is the creator of several new works.
